Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–3 days inside Nepal. Shipping fees vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather conditions, or courier issues.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours and return the item within 7 days. We will assist you with the exchange process. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
