Returns and Refunds

At Rudrakx, we are committed to providing high-quality spiritual products and services. Due to the nature of our items and e-Puja services, we do not accept returns; however, exchanges or resolutions are offered under specific conditions. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.

Exchange or Resolution Eligibility
You may request an exchange or resolution if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).

  • The product does not match the description on our website.

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and has not been energized or consecrated (where applicable).

Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund
We do not offer exchanges or refunds in the following cases:

  • If the request is made after the exchange period (24 hours from delivery).

  • If the product has been used, energized, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Customized, personalized, or consecrated Rudraksha and items involved in completed e-Puja bookings.

  • If the request is based on personal preference, color choice, or variant selection.

Exchange or Resolution Process

  • Request: Contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery or confirmation of service. Provide order details and images if applicable.

  • Approval & Confirmation: Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility based on the item or service type.

  • Return Pickup or Instructions: For physical items, we may arrange pickup or provide return instructions. For e-Puja or energized items, alternate resolutions will be offered.

  • Processing: Once eligibility is confirmed, replacement or alternative arrangements will be provided within 5–7 business days, where applicable.

Shipping Charges for Exchange

  • If the exchange is due to a wrong or defective product, we cover the shipping costs.

  • For exchanges due to customer preference (color, variant, etc.), shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Important Notes

  • Exchange or resolution requests must be made via email or customer support within the specified time frame.

  • Rudrakx reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet the policy criteria.

  • If the requested replacement item is out of stock, an alternative product of equal spiritual value may be offered.
