At Rudrakx, we are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and transparent delivery experience. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery process for Rudraksha, Dibya Jyoti, and e-Puja services.

  1. Shipping Partners

  • We partner with trusted courier services for all deliveries within Nepal.

  • International shipments are handled through reliable global logistics partners.

  • Customers cannot select individual shipping providers, as all shipments are managed through our integrated fulfillment system.

  1. Shipping Time Frame

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery timelines:

    • Inside Kathmandu Valley: 2–5 business days

    • Outside Kathmandu Valley: 5–10 business days

    • International deliveries: 7–15 business days (depending on destination)

  • Custom or energized Rudraksha orders may require 5–7 additional business days for preparation.

  1. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, product weight, and service type.

  • Free shipping may be available for select orders or promotional campaigns.

  • Express delivery options are available for certain items and services.

  1. Order Tracking

  • A tracking link will be sent via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

  • Tracking details are also available in the “My Orders” section of your account dashboard.

  • For e-Puja bookings, confirmation details, ritual information, and live or recorded session links will be shared via email.

  1. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

  • If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, the courier partner will attempt delivery up to two additional times.

  • After repeated failures, the package may be returned to us.

  • Customers are advised to ensure availability, especially for energized Rudraksha or time-sensitive deliveries.

  1. Delivery Restrictions

  • We deliver across Nepal and to select international locations.

  • Deliveries to remote areas may take longer or have limited service availability.

  • Certain spiritual items may be subject to customs or legal restrictions for international shipping.

  1. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours with images and order details.

  • If an order is lost in transit, we will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution or replacement.

  • For e-Puja services, any issues related to live sessions or recordings will be addressed promptly.

  1. Change of Delivery Address

  • Delivery address changes are only possible before the order is shipped.

  • Please contact customer support immediately to request any modifications.
